Speech Therapist Allied Traveler
SLP (Speech Therapist) travel assignment for an experienced SLP working in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Need someone with recent SNF experience.
Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an SLP.
Must have a current state license, this is a contract position for 13 weeks.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
o Uses clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively.
o Promote a friendly environment with both the patient and hospital staffo Uses knowledge and practice in accordance with Nurse Practice Act; Standards of Nursing Practice; Standards of Patient Care; JCAHO, state and local laws; and hospital policies.
o Always try to be a helpful flexible nurse as the hospital is in need of someone that is a team player.
