Dishwashers are responsible for cleaning dishes to ensure Then Salish Winds restaurant and kitchen have plenty of dining and cookware during service.
Make sure washing machine is at proper temp and in working order.
Sweep, scrub and mop kitchen floors to ensure a sanitary work environment.
Accountability:
Report directly Food Manager and Kitchen Supervisor Minimum
Qualifications:
Must have a valid State License, Gaming License.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Prior experience in a fast paced environment preferred Must pass background check and UA testing prior to employment Have the ability to speak effectively to groups of employees, customers and the public Working knowledge of health, safety and sanitation procedures.
Skill in identifying and resolving problems under pressure conditions, working in a fast paced environment.
Work nights, weekends and holidays as required Ability to stay on task with little to no supervision Minimum age of 18yrs old Duties and
Responsibilities:
Scrape and clean dishes coming from dining area and kitchen Maintain and strictly abide by state and county sanitation/health regulations.
Providing a safe, sanitary and secure work environment Sweep, scrub and Mop floors daily Open and closing operations of dish washing machine.
Stock cleaned dishes for service or kitchen staff as needed Take out garbage's from restaurant, bar and kitchen areas Complete any opening, ongoing or closing shifts side work Cleaning of kitchen and equipment during restaurant hours and after closing hours.
Bus tables if needed Maintain dishwashing machine and report any issues to supervisor Assist in the unloading of food and beverage deliveries Physical Demands:

Occasionally able to lift up to 50lbs over waist or shoulder heights.

Able to stand or walk on feet for periods of time up to or exceeding 8hrs.
Often requires walking or moving about to accomplish tasks.
