Summary:
The HR Generalist -Talent Acquisition provides support for the recruitment function and recruits for specified positions as assigned.
In addition, provides broad support to the HR team as needed.
Supports recruitment, talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
Assists with the Applicant Tracking System and Requisition Request process.
Works with managers, supervisors and applicants with a professional level of customer service.
Assists with front desk coverage, HR projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education Post high school business/college course work.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field preferred.
Experience Two years human resources experience preferred.
Recruitment and healthcare experience highly desired.
Licensure/Credentials Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
